Warren John West has been a trial attorney for 35 years, the last 30 years here in Bend, and for the last 20 years he has limited his practice to representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death. In all cases, our office is retained on a contingent fee basis. This simply means there is no charge for our services unless we are able to get money for our client. When the case is resolved, by settlement or trial verdict, our office would receive a percentage of the monies we were able to obtain for our client. Our office believes strongly in representing all of our clients professionally and to the best of our ability. We try to provide a warm atmosphere with a focus on the personal needs of each one of our clients. If you choose to have an initial meeting with our office, you will find that there will be no charge for this meeting. There will be no pressure placed upon you to retain our services. We will inform you of the law and what you should and should not do, whether you choose to retain our services or not.
